Katie Lynch, CCIM started her real estate career in 2017 and brokers license in 2001. In 2022 Katie received her CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which is the “gold standard” of Commercial Real Estate. Katie works the full spectrum of real estate from residential, commercial, and property management. Katie started Core 35 Property Management and manages over 150,000 square feet of space. Katie sits on several boards and is a member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.
